1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
The company has net current liabilities and relies on the ongoing support of the director and related
company. The director has confirmed that they will continue to provide this support as required for
the 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts. Accordingly the accounts are prepared
on a going concern basis.

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

The company was dormant throughout the period ended 30 January 2015.

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed
at the balance sheet date.
