1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The full financial statements from which these abbreviated accounts have been extracted, have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

The financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice), which have been applied consistently (except as otherwise stated).

Turnover policy
Turnover represents the amounts chargeable in respect of the sale of goods and services to customers.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Depreciation is provided on tangible fixed assets so as to write off the cost or valuation, less any estimated residual value, over their expected useful economic life as follows:
Fixtures and fittings: 20% Reducing Balance

Other accounting policies
Going Concern
Whilst liabilities exceed assets in the balance sheet the directors have indicated their intention to continue to support the company for the foreseeable future and therefore consider the going concern policy to be appropriate.
