| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparation of the accounts |
| At the balance sheet date the company's liabilities exceeded its assets by £19,108 and it is dependent |
| on the financial support provided by the directors' wives, Mrs D Russell and Mrs L Russell, and by |
| Trading Link Limited, a company under the control of the directors' father, Mr K Russell. However, the |
| directors have pledged any additional financial support that may be required to enable the company to |
| satisfy its liabilities in full prior to winding up.. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
| with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
