1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
DORMANT STATUS
The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 30 April 2015. The company has not traded during the year or during the preceding financial year. During these periods, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

Other accounting policies
RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
The company was under the control of London and City Group Holdings Limited during the current year and the previous year. Mr G Harris is the managing director and majority shareholder in London and City Group Holdings Limited.
No transactions with related parties were undertaken such as are required to be disclosed under Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities.

ULTIMATE PARENT COMPANY
The ultimate holding company is London and City Group Holdings Limited incorporated in Great Britain and registered in England and Wales. Mr G Harris owns 99% of the ordinary share capital of the London and City Group Holdings Limited (2014: 99%).
