  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015) under the historical cost convention.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover in the prior period represents accrued profit share entitlement from Harrison Goddard Foote Group LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in the U.K.. As noted in the Directors’ Report, Harrison Goddard Foote Group LLP ceased to trade during the prior period therefore no profit share was received during the year ended 30 April 2015.
