| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation |
| of certain assets and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April |
| 2008). |
| Income |
| Income represents rent receivable. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| No depreciation is provided on land and buildings as they are held as investments. |
| Deferred tax |
| No provision is made for deferred tax in respect of gain arising on revaluation of freehold land and buildings. |
