1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for smaller entities.

Turnover policy

Turnover represents the net invoiced value for the sale of goods, excluding Value Added Tax.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off the cost of each asset over its expected useful life on a reducing balance basis Plant and machinery 10% reducing balance basis Motor vehicle 20% reducing balance basis
