Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company currently has a complaint outstanding with HMRC and has claimed over £200,000 in costs and penalties. As it is unlikely that HMRC will acknowledge this, the amount has not been included in the accounts.

The long term liability is owed entirely to the director.
