1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
CONTRIBUTIONS FROM RESIDENTS
This represents amounts received from residents by way of contributions toward expenses.

TAXATION
No charge has been included in these accounts on the basis that the company is regarded as dormant for corporation tax purposes.
