The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |

5. | DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES |
At the year end the directors owed £4,634.43 (2012: directors were owed £70) to the company in respect of their |
loan account balances. No interest was charged in respect of these balances during the year and there are no |
fixed terms of repayment. |
The company is controlled by its directors by virtue of the fact that they own all of the company's share capital. |

and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from |
information and explanations you have given us. |
