Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The acquisition by the Legrand group opens up new possibilities and opportunities for the company and the Ensto Buildings Systems sub-group to which it belongs. |

The directors are not currently aware of any group plans to change the operational activities of the company and have no plans themselves to make changes. Furthermore, reviewing the assets and liabilities of the company, the impact of a change to the basis of preparation would not result in any significant changes to the reported financial performance for the year ended 31st December 2022 or the financial position as at the balance sheet date. As a result, the directors consider that there is no material uncertainty over its going concern position and accordingly the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. |
