1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The Financial Statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Standard for Smaller Entities(effective January 2005).

Turnover policy

Turnover represents the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company,net of value added tax and trade discounts

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Depreciation is provided to write down the cost or valuation less estimated residual value of all tangible fixed assets over their anticipated useful lives. The rates generally applicable are between 25% and 331/3 % per annum on the reducing balance basis.
