Shares in Subsidiaries
The company owns shares in the following subsidiary:
ARL 021 Limited (11448072) – 100% of the issued share capital.
A total consideration of £794,866 was paid for 100% of the issued share capital. ARL 021 Limited’s principal activity is the setup and operation of a Gas Peaking Power Plant, located at Thistlebrook Farm, Tring Road, Wingrave.
As of the balance sheet date, the site was under construction.
