During the year ended 31 March 2015 the company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts of the property in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents are held on trust for the residents.
Certain items of expenditure were paid on behalf of the company by the service charge fund.

1 Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
2 Share capital
The company is limited by guarantee and has no share capital. Every member undertakes to contribute such amounts as may be required, not exceeding £10 each, to the liabilities of the company in the event of the company being wound up whilst they are a member or within one year of ceasing to be a member.
