Company accounts were held because of extreme competition. The director acknowledges responsibility to file on time. However, the director tried every possible solution to make business, however, unsuccessful. We urge HMRC not to apply a fine as the company is trying its best with it extreme resource limitations. We endeavor to make this year a success and will file on time next year
