Events after the end of the reporting period
On 9 February 2024 the company issued 14,222,222 £0.01 ordinary shares at £0.0135 to the value of £192,000. All shares were issued to a supplier G Strachan in settlement of the trade payables balance due by the company. Also, on the 9 February 2024 the company issued 3,805,716 £0.01 ordinary shares at £0.0135 to the value of £51,377. All shares were issued to Football Partners Scotland L.P. and an equivalent amount was written off their loan to the company.
