The company has net liabilities at 31 March 2024 of £108,451 (2023 - £107,572). The director has indicated his willingness to continue his financial support of the company and for this reason the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing the financial statements for the year to 31 March 2024.

Include in "Creditors" is an amount owed to the company's director of £129,604 (2023 - £129,604) which does not bear interest and has no fixed repayment terms.

"Debtors" includes the sum of £21,026 owed to the company by its subsidiary (2023 - £21,879). This amount is repayable on demand and does not bear interest.
