  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Small Entities (effective April 2008).

    Turnover policy

    Turnover shown in the profit and loss account represents amounts invoiced during the year, exclusive of Value Added Tax.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives. Fixtures and Fittings - 10 years straight line basis; Office Equipment (including Computer Equipment) - 3 years straight line basis.
