| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The balance sheet shows that the company has net current liabilities of £1,039,792. The director has indicated a clear awareness of the situation and believes that preparation of the accounts on a going concern basis is appropriate due to the continued support being received from its parent company Premier Business Audio Limited. |
