COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT
FUN2ELECTRIC COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY
Company Number: 10156624 (England and Wales)
Year Ending: 30 April 2023
The CIC has remained inactive for this financial year.
Ideas have been discussed with ward councillors of Ramsgate Town Council with regard to installing one of the car chargers we have for their use in return for the car club using the charger and siting one of the vehicles at there too. Things have not progressed yet beyond the discussion stage as the council still has a lot of work to do with the building they are renovating for use (The Old Fire station) and the car club has not been able to source car club insurance (nor had the time to do so) for the vehicles. In view of the continued inactivity, the CIC will consider cancelling the outgoings it is incurring which will be unnecessary whilst dormant, including the accounting software and paying an accountant to draft full accounts and instead take the accounting in house until full activities recommence. That way, the only costs the CIC should incur going forward would be the £15 filing fee.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
