1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Land and buildings - 10% on reducing balance
Plant and machinery etc - 15% on reducing balance

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date.

Hire purchase and leasing commitments
Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to the profit and loss account on a straight line basis over the period of the
lease.

4. DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

During the year under review the company rented for its operations premises from the two directors and from another party
connected with the directors.The rent charged to the company is, in the opinion of the directors, considered to be a fair
market rent and is as follows:

Rents paid to the two directors for rental of premises £15,000 (2014 - £15,000)
Rent paid to Mr.N. Olympios , father of the directors, for rental of premises £90,000 (2014 - £90,000).

The balance owed to the directors as at 31st March 2015 was £7,209 (2014 - £1,314)
The balance owed to Mr.N.Olympios as at 31st March 2015 was £999 (2014 - £999)

No interest is charged to the company on these outstanding balances.

financial statements, from which the unaudited abbreviated accounts (set out on pages two to five) have been prepared.

statements of Prom Lets Limited for the year ended 31 March 2015 which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet
and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Prom Lets Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 20 July 2000.
