2QL. Each of the members is liable to contribute an amount not exceeding £1 towards the assets of the
company in the event of liquidation. The purpose of the company is to oversee a construction contract
on behalf of certain residents at Westbourne Terrace Mews, London W2 and does not itself conduct any trading activity or generate any income or gains.
