1. DIRECTOR'S ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

The total amount outstanding to the company from the directors at the year end amounted to £18,799 (2022: £32,497). Interest has been charged on this balance of £418.

2. EMPLOYEE NUMBERS

The average number of persons employed during the year amounted to 2 (2022: 1).

For the year ending 31 July 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:
