The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 January 2024

Principal Activities

The company's principal activity is that of manufacture of computers and peripheral equipment, wholesale of computers, computer peripheral equipment and software & retail sale of computers, peripheral units and software in specialised stores.

Additional information

The Company was incorporated on 2 July 2020 and commenced trading on 8 June 2023. The activities during the period included development work to manufacture a hardware unit which was funded by a government grant. The Company shall continue to focus on development of the hardware and software along with sales and marketing activities
