Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable United Kingdom accounting standards, including the Financial Reporting Standard for smaller entities effective April 2008 and in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies’ regime of the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis and are presented in Sterling (£).
