  • The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in Scotland. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

    The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).

  • Directors advances, credits and guarantees

    During the period Mr P Cheesmond had a loan account with the company.  At 1 July 2022 the company owed Mr P Cheesmond £1,882.  During the year the company provided further loan advances of £10,500 and Mr P Cheesmond made repayments of £6,936.  At 30 June 2023 Mr P Cheesmond owed the company £1,682.  The loan has been repaid within 9 months of the year end and therefore no interest is due.
