| 1. | GOING CONCERN |
| At 30 June 2023 the company has net current liabilities of £35,912 and net liabilities of £15,617. The director will continue to provide the company with financial support as and when required. The director therefore considers it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis. |
