Transactions As the company is a wholly owned subsidiary and consolidated financial statements have been prepared which are publicly available, advantage has been taken of the exemption from disclosing related party transactions with group companies, in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 Section 1A Appendix C, Related Party Disclosures. In the prior year the company received a loan from a related party under the common control of one of the directors. The amount owed to the related party at the balance sheet date was £5,000,000 (2022: £5,000,000).
