Principal activity
The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of a residents association.

There is minimal activity during the year as the company is acting as a flat management company. All service charge amounts are held on trust and are usable at the discretion of the tenants, consequently no related figures have been recognised in the accounts during the year.

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Tangible fixed assets
The company has not charged any depreciation on the freehold property as the carrying value is considered to represent the company's interest in the freehold land only.

Flat management company accounting
There is minimal activity during the year as the company is acting as a flat management company. All service charge amounts are held in trust and are usable at the discretion of the tenants, consequently no related figures have been recognised in the accounts during the year.
