Accounting Policies

Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2.
Going Concern Disclosure
Having formed an opinion at the time of approving these accounts, the Director would like to draw your attention to the fact the company has an accumulated loss of £2,996.00 as at 30th September 2023. It is the intention of the shareholder to continue to support the company financially and ensure the company has adequate resources to continue existing trading policies and the Director has adopted a going concern basis in preparing the accounts.
