1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Manor Quay Holdings Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).


2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

All transactions relating to the maintenance of the common areas in accordance with the lease are shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the property are held on trust for the residents in accordance with the provisions of Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

The company has acquired the freehold of the property at Manor Quay, 6 Quayside Road which was purchased by contributions from lessees of the building who then became members of the company.

Turnover
Turnover represents ground rent received and contributions from members to cover company costs.
