1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities, (effective April 2008).

Turnover policy

Turnover represents amounts invoiced by the company in respect of services provided during the year, excluding Value Added Tax.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is calculated so as to write off the cost of tangible fixed assets over their estimated useful lives as follows : Property Improvements 20% reducing balance Plant & Machinery 15% reducing balance Motor Vehicles 20% reducing balance
