| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis on the |
| assumption that the company will continue to trade fo the foreseeable future, even |
| though the company had net current liabilities of £39,394 (2014: £6,789) at the balance |
| sheet date. |
| The director considers the going concern basis to be appropriate as, in his opinion, the |
| company will be able to secure sufficient funding to enable it to pay its debts as they fall |
| due. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in |
| accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April |
| 2008). |
