Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |

Leasing and hire purchase commitments |
|
The Directors acquired the Lease as tenant for the Ground Floor & Basement of 235 Earls Court Road, London, SW5 9AH, for the trading business of franchise operation of Mail Boxes Etc located in earls Court and Managed by The Courier Experts Ltd. The term is for the period of 10 years ending 25th December 2017 with a review and break clause date of 25th December 2012. |
