1. Company information

The Company is a private company limited by shares and is incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales (Company no. 12590552). The address of its registered office is 35 Ballards Lane, London, N3 1XW, United Kingdom.

2. Prior year adjustment

Prior year adjustments have been included to account for transactions identified as relating to the 31 August 2022 year end. This has had the effect of increasing fixed asset investments by £35, reducing current assets by £34,918 and reducing creditors by £33,711. In addition, the reserves of the Company reduced by £1,172.
