  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

  • Advances and credits
    During the year the director Mrs H Joyce received a loan of £10,181. Interest of £375 was charged on the loan. The amount outstanding at the year end, which was repayable on demand and classified in debtors, was £10,556. The amount outstanding was repaid within 9 months of the year end.
