  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the FRSSE (April 2008) under the historical cost convention modified for the revaluation of freehold property. Accounting policies remained unchanged and were applied consistently.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents invoiced sales net of returns and trade discounts, excluding VAT.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation has been provided at the following annual rates, calculated to write off each asset over its expected useful life. 25 % straight line 25 % reducing balance
