Accounting Policies

Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

Going Concern Disclosure
The company has made a small loss for the year and has net current liabilities. However, the directors are confident however that adequate support will be forthcoming from external lenders and other group companies for the foreseeable future.

Turnover represents a charge of management fees, net of Value Added Tax.
