Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 April 2023 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.

Company activities and impact

The company had no additional funding this year and have not undertaken any activities that have benefited the community.The company has had no activities except for statutory administrative responsibilities with regards to the filing of the accounts.

Consultation with stakeholders

The stakeholders are local GPs, local health professionals, Walsall PCT and Walsall MBC.These stakeholders are represented on the Welcome Welling C.I.C Board. All ideas are discussed and agreed by the board members at their meetings and a plan of action would be implemented on a favourable proposal.During the financial year no proposal was implemented.
