2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

3.	EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the year was NIL (2022 - NIL).

4.	DISCLOSURE UNDER SECTION 444(5B) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2006

The Report of the Auditors was unqualified.

5.	OPERATIONS AS A TRUSTEE

The company is sole trustee to the Brown Butlin Group Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme. As such it has no beneficial interest in the assets of those funds, and the company does not trade in its own right. The bank accounts in the name of Brown Butlin Group Pension Trust Limited are held on Trust for the Brown Butlin Group Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme.

The ultimate holding company is Hutchinson Group Limited, a company registered in Great Britain and incorporated in England whose registered office is Weasenham Lane, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, PE13 2RN.
