Other creditors includes a loan from the directors to the company of £36,312 (2022 £22,291). During the year the company paid rent of £312 (2022 £312) to the directors for use of home office space.

The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
