1 General information
The company is a private company limited by shares and is registered in Scotland. The address of the registered office is 78 School Road , Saxon Street , Newmarket , Suffolk , CB8 9RX , Scotland.
2 Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year was 1 (2022: 1.00 ).
3 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At 31st March 2022, the director owed the company the sum of £7,875. Further advances were made in the financial year totalling £5,931.The balance owed to the company by the director as at 31st March 2023 was £13,806.
For the year ending 31 March 2023 , the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
