STATEMENT OF DIRECTORS RESPONSIBILITIESCompany law require the directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year which gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company and the profit and loss of the company for that period. In preparing those statements, the directors are required to:Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently:make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent:prepare the financial statements on the ongoing concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the company will continue in business.The directors are responsible for keeping proper accounting records, which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking regular steps for the prevention and detection of fraud.This report, which has been prepared taking advantage of special exemptions applicable to small companies, was approved by the board on 14th December 2023 and signed on their behalf.For the year ending 31 March 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.The directors acknowledge their responsibility for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and for the preparation of accounts.These accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to Companies subject to the small companies regime.The financial statements were approved by the board on 14th December 2023 and signed on its behalf.

Basis of measurement and preparation
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102 Turnover policy
Turnover and expenditure incurredTurnover comprises the charges to the members of expenditure incurred on their behalf. Since expenditure is recoverable in full and conversely any excess contribution is carried forward on behalf of the members, no profit or loss arises.
