COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT
ASSOCIATION OF SUDS AUTHORITIES CIC
Company Number: 11875190 (England and Wales)
Year Ending: 31 March 2023
In the last Financial year Association of SuDS Authorities (ASA) have contributed largely to the community by continuingly promoting the use of sustainable drainage systems which reduce the risk of flooding to roads, buildings and people. ASA has established membership across all different areas of England in this time and has provided a sounding board for flood professionals across the country to share practices and ideas. These have led to a more consistent and influential approach to flood risk management. We have also set up strong links with Defra, Planning departments and the Environment Agency. This year we co-hosted at Flood and Coast Conference and held workshops and presentations on Sustainable Drainage. In addition, webinars to our members have been set up with aim to broaden knowledge on a variety of different topics.
