1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax.

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.

5. DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

At the year end there is a loan outstanding payable from the company to the Directors of £45,670 (2014 -
£44,821), this loan is interest free and repayable on demand.
The company paid ordinary share dividends totalling £33,000 (2014 - £28,000) to the Directors during the year.

The company paid the Directors £624 (2014 - £624) for the use of their home as an office during the year.

6. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company has made an interest free loan to Ranmove Homes (Sussex) Limited of £48,055 (2014 - £48,055).
The loan is repayable upon demand. S K Hamilton is a director of Ranmove Homes (Sussex) Limited.

7. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

The ultimate controlling party are the Directors, by virtue of their shareholding.

unaudited financial statements, from which the unaudited abbreviated accounts (set out on pages two to five)
have been prepared.

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the
financial statements of Taihirion Properties Limited for the year ended 31 March 2015 which comprise the Profit and
Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and
explanations you have given us.

This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Taihirion Properties Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 18 December 2014.
