| The accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis. Although the liabilities of the company exceed its assets by £163,683 (2022:£163,365), included in creditors are amounts totalling £278,993 (2022:£279,156) due to related parties that have stated their intention to support the company for the foreseeable future. |
