Basis of preparation

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime (March 2018). They have been prepared on a going concern basis on the understanding that the director will continue to support the company financially for a period of 12 months from the date of these accounts.
