1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Income represents service charges and ground rent received during the year.

Freehold interest
No depreciation charge has been provided for on the grounds that the annual depreciation charge and the accumulated depreciation are immaterial due to the estimated residual value of the freehold being in excess of the freehold's carrying amount.

3. EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The Company, as nominee for the leaseholders, purchased the Freehold interest in Waterford Court in 1993 at a cost of £15,339.
