    Going concern The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, not withstanding net liabilities of £10,177. Related party disclosures The directors of the company have provided the company with an undertaking that it will continue to support the company financially and it will not seek repayment of the amount currently owing to it in the twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. As at 30 June 2023, the company owed £2,855 (2022 : £1,760) to ZIKS Ventures Pte Ltd, a related company holding 100% shareholding in Ace Administration Services Limited.
