1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards under the historical cost convention.

Turnover policy

Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value added Tax.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assets at rates calculated to write off the cost, less estimated residual value of each asset, over its useful life as follows :- Motor Vehicles - 25% on reducing balance Plant and Machinery - 25% on reducing balance

Other accounting policies

STOCKS : Stocks and Work in Progress are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value. Cost includes all the direct expenditure and appropriate overheads.
